What we've been up to!

Last week we hit the dinosaur museum with some friends. The first Monday of the month is FREE, so 4 mom's and 6 kids jumped into 2 cars and made their way up to the U to see the attractions. Lexi had a great time, and had the most fun making dinosaur noises with Ian.

A few days after Matt's birthday, we had some friends over for cake and ice cream. Our good friend Lynnie made Matt a basketball cake, it was awesome and tasted wonderful as well! That little get together consisted of 8 adults and 8 kids (plus 2 expecting mothers). It was a little rowdy, and got more so when the 'Celestial Companions' games was busted out. Again, good times had by all!

Last, but not least, my sister Amanda came to town this weekend. Amanda has an amazing talent with the flute, and was invited to play with a group up at the Utah State Capital. While Amanda was practicing, Lexi wanted to get in on the action. Amanda played one end, and Lexi blew on the other, it wasn't half bad! All three of us LOVE when Amanda comes to town, and it makes me think, I should invest in a full time nanny to read Lexi books all day! Or maybe I could find one to clean my house, then I could read books all day!

Things are going well here! It's been another busy week for apple making with Valentine's coming up! I'll try to be a better blog poster when things mellow out again!
