Things I'm excited about

This little lady has officially got teeth. Matt felt around in her mouth last night, and bam-there they were. Not that you can see them in this picture...

I had been bouncing back and forth between an elliptical machine, or a treadmill, and finally decided on the elliptic. Due to a larger than expected tax return, I'm taking the plunge and buying it. Matt brought it home for me last night and put it together. I'm way excited about it! Already done two workouts today :) I'm sure I'll be as fit as this girl in no time...uh at least I can dream!

Tomorrow I'm off with my dear friends to Zilker Park. Anyone who visits Austin, gets a trip to Zilker park, and if they are lucky a, ride on the Zilker Zepher. (Anyone and everyone is invited-Wed, 11am). Here is Lexi and Papa on the train when the grandparents came to visit.

Alexis started preschool last week. You all know how our last preschool experience went (and if you don't, don't ask me cause I wont repeat the tale). Her teacher says she is adjusting well, and I have had no reports of eyes being clawed out as of yet. She sure loves it though, she asks me every night if tomorrow is a school day or not. This is Lexi as of late-too busy to stand still for a picture, and a pony in hand.

Matt has a very busy life. School, work, and being ward missionary take a lot out of him, but he still finds time to be a great husband, and even more awesome Dad. Both Brooklynn and her Dad get excited about spending time together.

And last but not least, two people I love dearly announced their pregnancies this week. Congrats to both Lynnie and Lonna. The first part of October is going to bring two babies to two amazing families. I am excited for you both!

The only reason you are excited is because you are not the one pregnant and have a new machine to make you even skinnier! I'm jealous right now:)I'll be packing on the lbs as soon as this morning sickness passes!ugh!

Do you think that my baby will really be able to fit in an egg shell? I give you one month on that elliptical and you will look better than that girl. How nice to have a "larger than expected" tax return that really comes in handy.

Brooklynn is so cute, I just love that she is happy 99.9% of the time, and she is only sad for a second when she is hungry. I am happy that Lexi got to ride the train while you were there, nothing quite beats that 5 mph train ride.
